Tregarthen's Hotel

Based in St Mary's on the Isles of Scilly, Tregarthen's Hotel wanted to establish a new brand identity, refresh its image and add value to the customer experience.

As well as new product development, Brand Innovation developed a new marketing campaign, which has established a new long term positioning for the hotel and improved revenues.

As the hotel is in such a unique place as the Isles of Scilly, it is important to get the feel of the place and how it works, Brand Innovation did this with aplomb, managing the development of a new campaign that sets us on a new direction.
