Brand Innovation were first commissioned by Chester City Council to develop the marketing elements of the National Smartcard Project, a project led by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and delivered by a consortium of local councils.
Chester City Council were so pleased by the work on this that they also asked Brand Innovation to develop a new marketing strategy and advertising campaign for Charisma, the city’s loyalty card.
