Following the establishment of a Business Improvement District for this historic area of Truro, the team commissioned Brand Innovation to create all the content for a new website to showcase Newham and position it as Truro’s vibrant business quarter.

A Business Improvement District (BID) is a defined district where the businesses have voted to invest together to improve their local area.

The objectives for the new website were to promote the businesses within Newham to generate more sales, to increase the profile of Newham as a place to work and visit, and to help encourage inward investment.

As well as developing all the content for the site, Brand Innovation devised tone of voice guidelines for the Newham brand, promotional ideas and compiled a business directory for the area. This involved liaising with they key stakeholders and many of the businesses located in Newham. Following the launch of the new website, the BID team asked Brand Innovation to create an initial marketing and communications strategy for Newham.

Working with Lynn File of Brand Innovation could not have been easier. Lynn immediately understood what we were aiming to achieve and made the whole process extremely straightforward. She was responsive to all our needs and everything was delivered to the highest quality.

This project involved liaising with multiple business stakeholders and we knew we could completely trust Lynn to carry this out with sensitivity and attention to detail.
